Hoho… how long has it been?.. i know, i have been neglecting my blog, but sometimes you are just too lazy to do anything… so sorry.. my dear blog. so lets go back in time and start from the very day i ended my exams… It was um.. several days ago… that was the last paper… one paper. one hour. one day of studying.. *Dun Dun Dooh!*.. xD.. nah i finished the paper pretty fast, around 15 mins.. so it was pretty much a breeze.. except for the stupid true and false questions.. which are a ****.. =P so after the exams, i went to ikea with my family, bro and mum, to get a new chair for my study room.. which is the most awesome chair!.. a full leather chair, full backing, lumbar support, the ultimate CEO chair.. Luving me chair!.. xD.. haha!… me going psychotic… xD shortly after which, i went watch a movie with my cousin, not entirely my cup of tea, but in order to please btih my cousin and my bro, i have to watch it.. Sex in the city 2… can ya imagine me watching that?.. i actually fel asleep halfway though the movie.. looks like chick flicks are just not my cup of tea.. xD
so saturday!.. met with Shamus and Geraldine.. my two best frens from Sec sch!.. we be da awsum Mac peeps.. xD.. haha!… feeling abit high now.. dunno why.. must be because i finally get to regurgitate all these stories from brain.. xD.. anyways, met them at Somerset 313.. was late for 30 mins.. very unlike me, but there was a hold up at the custom, so it wasn’t intentional.. xD… so went to have linch at Big O.. and had the most amazing desert, Spike D.. a dollop of durain heaven coated in a luxurious coat of chocolate.. or black heaven.. xD.. double heaven.. a treat that is to die for… xD.. okay maybe i exaggerated it.. but it was nice.. went to wheelocks place to get books and just to look around.. or so i thought.. turns out gerald had frens that had arrange a twilight trivia at borders, and inorder to stir up some excitement, we had to take part in some pretty corny events.. but it was fun… do not regret that.. oh yeah.. had free starbucks… promotional drinks and we had vouchers!.. free drinks.. how could we resist?.. unleashing the inner singaporean!…
hmm.. i guess sunday was pretty uneventful… spent most of the time trying to fix the air-con.. and watch friends… my new favorite show!.. but monday comes along and another long story from yours truly unfolds… was finally in the internship that i was really excited.. was attached under Wendy, who drove a pretty battered fiat… and with an interior to boot.. whoo.. man.. but who cares about the car?.. Wendy was pretty nice, she tried to break the ice by asking some introductions.. but the more i talked to her, i somehow got the impression that she is a darn pessimistic person with quite a dull sense of humour.. jokes which would usually crack my friends or almost anyone just seems to bounce off her somewhat icy exterior.. maybe thats because we just met.. so we are pretty unfamiliar with the territory.. xD.. so went from NHC to PSA building where St Judes headquarter is located.. a pretty desolated complex with just a few comanies, SJ was located in a tiny office space no bigger than the entire floor plan of my house.. hoho.. on the 7th floor… that aside, we met with the various people of the trade and got ourselves a little meeting room, or what i would call, a room with a killer view.. of a construction site.. haha!.. come on.. you gotta admit that was funny… xD. we had to spilt up cos apparently mt E does not want too many interns observing a case, so i paired up with Wendy.. kinda regretted it cos apparently cheng got paired up with Jason whom i heard was a pretty cool guy… Psh… but he had to do admin work, which was just not my cup of tea… =P. So we went to Mt E for an implant, went up 14 floors to the private clinic to take a programmer and when down 14 floors to another building where we went and waited for 1 hour because apprently, Wendy mistook the time.. =.=. overall it was not a fun experience.. had to wait 2 hours for the procedure to be completed… bah.. my day was horrible… not to mention the bus ride back home was super packed and i had to stand all the way back home…
so yesterday huh?.. wow i really am breaking the word barrier in this post… but i guess its the combination of 4 days, so i expect it to be at least 1200 words… only 400 more words to go!.. Huzzah! so i was paired up with Wendy again so i met her at Mt E to follow up on yesterdays patient… so repeat the above procedure.. go up 14 floors to take the programmer, go down 14 floors and go to another building, go to the lobby and ask for where the hell the patient is warded, go up 5 floors and do the follow up.. i’m not complaining.. not really, just that my job is just a porter instead of really a technical sales assistant… but Wendy explained that thats just part of the job.. so i take it with a pinch of salt… we went to NHC after that follow up to do some stuff… which i really am not sure.. but i just tagged along.. met Bird there, which was quite interesting, cos meeting up with a fellow classmate during the internship is pretty exciting… =P.. but we went for lunch afterwards where Wendy differentiated the jobs prospective of my future and how i should go about it.. it was pretty much to take in, but quite enlitening.. i think i will be going to an auzzie prep school, but i am not too sure yet.. she seems a little iffy if you get my drift… xD after lunch, we went to NUH to spend the rest of the afternoon doing pacemaker checks.. met with 2 more of my classmates and had a ball making fun of well a person called Shermaine Fun.. xD.. well she is pretty sadistic, and most of the people there fear her.. we called her “the One”.. xD.. yeah, so it was pretty fun.. and i guess thats just it.. 4 days into one.. xD.. so i guess i should add in today eh?.. well its pretty short.. went to school presuming that there was GEMS, but turns out that there was no lessons.. apprently the lecturer cancelled it due to other students having exams and all, so i just wasted 2 hours of my life at school.. Bah.. i could have been at work, at least i wouldn’t miss out on the fun there.. but i guess thats it.. xD.. Cheers.. xD.. Ooh.. still short of 26 words until i hit my target of 1200 words.. xD.. but i guess theres a limit to how many words there can be.. right? haha!.. one more!.. and there you go!.. 1200 words.. i am pretty bored.. so pardon my antics.. xD

Dear blog.. the gods above are finally smiling down on me.. today’s exam was basically a breeze and our supervisor said that everybody passed their previous exam.. although she did say that the class average was around 70%.. so i am pretty skeptical as to how well i did.. but i am keeping my fingers crossed that i will get some mighty good grades.. xD..
I think i am going to go for a quickie today, tomorrow is another arduous day filled with exams fun joy and laughter.. minus the fun and the joy… cos i was originally scheduled to go have lunch/dinner with my class and then catch a movie or something along the line… but my bro had to open his big mouth and say that we should all go out and look at furniture.. bloody hell… kinda spoiled my mood.. but life must go on… exams are just tomorrow and i am having a hard time trying to memorize that one particular set of notes… bah… i think i will just wing it tomorrow.. xD..

Dear Blog.. I did something horrible today.. I skipped my GEMS class.. xD.. well horrible from the point of view of others… I personally feel no remorse.. In fact i am starting to think that perhaps i should do this more often.. but i shouldn’t ‘cos i am only allowed a 75% attendance, and i am sure that is particular lesson has already shaved off several percent of my attendance.. =P… but once gain, i feel no remorse.. xD
so back to main topic at hand.. exams are just well TMR!… i should be studying now, but what the heck!.. imma free bird dood.. me gotta fly free man.. xD.. nah just kiddin’.. i had just finished memorizing every crook and cranny of my notes and praying to all the gods above that the exam tmr will be as easy as the one before… hopefully, i will be able to achieve that 3.60 cum GPA this time.. =P… gonna be a doctor one way or another.. xD..
did i mentioned that my future career path would be that of a doctor?.. perhaps i did not… so anyways, i have been working at NHC for the past few months as part of my school cum internship thingy.. and them doctors are just soo cool… well not entirely, most of the doc there are a wee bit out of the cool doctor league… but you get the gist right? i mean the sheer power they posses… its intoxicating. so i have set my mind to become a doctor in the future and drive fast cars and be rich and stuff.. xD.. just a dream right?.. i mean most of the doctors of today probably still lives with their parents and take the train to work, so my expectations are none too high.. xD
but the path of doctor-hood is long and arduous, with many years of studying and all that nonsense… and don’t get me started on all that study fees.. it goes by the hundred Gs… quite a price tag that will make most people go ‘Whuat?’ xD.. but that depressing thought aside.. studies are the next on my agenda, i have memorized every nook and cranny… wait.. i think i got a de ja vu.. oh well.. xD… so i have finished my studies only to realised that it was only 330pm… quite a shocker… i mean i have like 8 hrs before i sleep and i am already done with my notes.. geez.. i am good.. xD.. Haha!.. self praise.. Psh.. xD..

The gods above have answered my long fore-waited prayers!… perhaps i should elaborate a little further. several days ago, i had this horrible thing called an exam, in which the papers which the doctors have set are extremely.. um… hard… lets go with that.. xD.. anyways, i just had my 3rd paper yesterday, all pumped up will all the information i needed to pass the exam and more. and lo and behold, the paper turned out to be easy as pie!.. xD.. WooHooo!… finally a paper which i can safely say that i would get a decent grade… xD
so here i am again, although i am a little late, but regardless. i dun think i have mentioned this before, but i got a brand new iMac several months ago!.. 27″ of iMacing goodness… xD. further more, i just got my own study room, with air-con and power supply!, so now my beautiful iMac sits on a decent table, i am in an air-con room, finally got a cushioned chair, although it is a hand-me-down, and i am enjoying my iMacing experience!.. xD.. although there is a the exams to dampen my mood.. Bah!.. need to study a thick stack of notes.. *grumbles incoherently*
I guess i should talk about something else other than me right? Yeah i should probably.. since its sooo damn fun to type on the iMac keyboard.. xP. me bros going into army soon, although i do feel a sense of sadness that all the chores that he once did will be done by me… not a very pleasant thought.. but regardless… hmm.. oh yeah, I do have an attachment straight after my exams.. i am pretty excited about it, cos i will be travelling around places to sell pacemakers and stuff, which will be rather interesting.. although my supervisor did say that my new in-charge is rather strict… =P… so i am on the tether edge.. oh yeah, i will finally be going to japan!… on the 16-24th of june.. but i also realised that i have tons of work that needs to be done, which kinda spoils the whole japan mood.. but life as a student means no real rest..
my bros been spending quite some time building Lego timepieces.. which are rather nice.. so i guess i should post a couple of pics up.. i took the pictures by the way, with my brand new Nikon D90!!.. oh boy, i am spoiled.. xD.. anyways, i should end this… so i’ll put some pictures up like an end credit.. xD.. I am back here again! just like a blogging newbie, i can’t seem to stop coming back to complain more about my life at home.. xD.. of course that includes sharing a bit of my life too. I’m not that naggy.. xD.
So day 3 of my studies, i have completed module CT0017 and 3/4 of CT0018. if all goes according to plan, i should be able to complete all of CT0017 by the end of today. If all goes according to plan.. xD.. plans don’t usually work though… you plan out your studies, but it turns out you are mugging at the last minute.. Ironic isn’t it? i can’t seem to follow those people who have those strict timetable for the day and manage to study it all… reminds me of a certain someone… which i shall not disclose.. xD.
Hmm.. what else… Oh yeah, we went to take me bro’s graduation photos. Y’know those corny ones with the fake backdrop? Thats the one.. We had to do those really corny poses like my hand on his shoulder and such?… pretty darn lame, but what can i do?… although i did defy the normal convention of long sleeve and tie by wearing a tee-shirt with my new jacket!.. haha!.. it was nice.. really!.. xD..
Okay… i think i am running out of ideas.. it seems i am terrible at multitasking.. well but the show must go on.. xD.. so i guess i’ll end here?.. till next time.. Cheers.. xD..

Haha! How long has it been? A year? Yeah its around there about… SO i am back here again, after a year of no blogging and complaining out loud to the world wide web.. xD.. love to say that out loud, World Wide Web.. xD.. pardon my ludicrous. =P. Anyways, i am in the midst of my exams right now. just finished 2 outlandishly hard papers that made me extremely paranoid about the next 3 papers… doctors are scary people. They test you on things which you don’t seem to focus on, like that blurred up slide with tons of complicated words and doo-dats… makes me pissed off just thinking about it.. Bah!..
So being the paranoid me, i am now studying ahead of time, pushing all the schedules for the study intervals forward just so that i would be able to scan all the nooks and cranny of all the notes i have been give. this way, theres no way i can miss out anything!.. Muahahahha!.. my grand evil plan to get good grades is finally completed!.. *cues eerie background and lotsa thunder*… but of course a plan’s a plan, and here i am surfing the net and blogging.. But in my defense, i tried.. =P…
Anyways time to get back to studying.. ‘cos me mum’s back.. =X.. its good to be back.. xD

well i’d be darned…. this society that we live in seems a little too over rated in the economical sense…. i should explain… xD… we are all needed to bring our thermometers for the temperature taking tomorrow, so having lost all the 3 thermometer that i have bought in the past few years, i decided to go grab another one…. well according to polls ( Joe’s polls ) most thermometers cost around 3 to 8 bucks, a relatively cheap price innit?… but after checking with many pharmacies in which all of then ran out of thermometer, i had a mental preparation that should i chance upon one thermometer, it would be worth in gold’s weight… no idea what that meant, but you get the picture right?… so after scanning 4 pharmacies in malaysia, i finally found one selling thermometer… and bam… it cos a whooping 32 dollars (15 sing bucks)…. what could i do?…. 2 left and a high chance that most would not have any more thermometers, so yeah, grabbed 2 at 64 bucks and made merry on the way out… sadly i recently recieved a mail that said that the school was selling thermometer at 3 bucks a peice… o.O… can you imagine the agony?…. oh well, all i can say is that i got conned good… by a ruddy pharmacist… damn…. well when there is demand, there is always supply…. but other than that school’s been cool… xD… made a new friend today… xD.. peace outs!

Wow… its has been a horrifying first week at school. with a terrible time table and wickedly long lectures, i don’t think i can last much longer at school… but still, like the saying goes, the show must go on, so just like that, school must still happen. As per se, i have been dispacthed to the cardiac class away from all of my other friends, so i am currently stuck with just 3 off my old classmates. just in case you are wondering, what is cardiac, its the heart lessons…. so yeah. a small class with 17 ppl and only 2 guys, so it pretty much seems very awkward for me… not too sure about the rest of the people… maybe its the first week… hmmm…. still i am very very exhausted from school, so i guess i should just end here….xD… the shortest post ever… xD. peace out!

*drumrolls*…. yay!.. its finally here!… the 100th post on my blog… xD… ol de joy!…. so yeah. went out with me dudes, Shamus and Geraldine… xD… oh man was that fun… though it felt pretty short, much like a flash of light, but it was actually pretty long.. looks like they wern’t wrong when they said time flies by when you are having fun.. and heck yeah!…. it was balls of fun… we met at causeway point, because i had to get an A3 size thank you card for my bro… and i know…. dun tell me to make one, cos me bro was determined to get one A3 szie card no matter what the circumstances… unless the price tag is too much or anything else… still we went around like 2 shops?…. to look for that card… i was actually quite disappointed about the array and variety of A3 size cards…. kinda was expecting more kinds?…. but still got one, pretty huge one… clorful and well it gets the message across pretty well… well duh… the thank you words kinda filled up the whole card…. so yeah… 20 big smackers… in the end my bro called it quits and he got himself a cheap A5 size card at the popular book shop…. CHICKEN!…. so other than that we (dudes and me.. xD) went around causeway, went to the body shop booth at the ground floor in which they were having a 70% sales so i got mum a bottle of body butter but thats not part the main event though… well i guess we spent most of our time talking and just walking around…. and running away from a damn putrid and dank 5 floor in which we took the cargo lift to thanks to shamus…. it even had the sign, ‘no unauthorized personnels within the premise’ and ‘the place is guarded by SECOM’ but still thanks to shamus, we were trapped up on the secured 5 floor as unautorized personnels… for thank i must say it, thank you shamus for that very exhilarating experience in which i would like to say ‘I TOLD YOU SO!’…. so down to earth… we watch a movie, knowing. well knowing (no pun intended… xD) that it would be a disappointment, we trudge along and decided that we should just watch it, just for kicks…. and yeah, it was pretty disappointing and at points mortifying… its like part horror, part religious, part disaster, part alien show, which blended all together to make it a pretty weird show…. i thought that the ending was kinda weird-ish with an alien world and kids living in it… hmm…. well to me it was like genesis, (the creation of everything) noah and his ark-ish (cos they starred 2 rabbits, so i guess its like noah and his ark) and a bit like the movie, the day the earth stood still… heck, even the aliens/angels look like the alien from the day the earth stood still… a pretty mess up show…xD, but i was worth it, cos it was fun around me dudes… xD… well to sum up yesterday’s event, i would say that it was really fun… xD… peace outs!

It has been quite a while and i find myself panic-ing as the end of the holidays are drawing nearer. plans for the last few days of freedom that i have cleverly drawed over the days of teh holidays are burned as all my plans are ruined with the unexpected visit of my aunt’s maid… the reception that she got was a 3 out of 5… me bro, mum and dad, all gave the thumbs up… me?… yup i gave the thumbs down… i got bert on my side so iguess it is quite reassuring… well hell they don’t even care about the maid, cos damn they be working… bro and mum are working, so they won’t see the maid for the rest of the day, dad… well he would be upstair oblivious to the world, trapped in the vortex of the electronic mini chinese novels… DAMN!!! I AM SOO DAMN PISSSED OFF… WHAT THE HECK SORT OF PARENT WOULD DO THIS TO A PERSON…..anyways, so as planned i am now on Maid Watch 411… looking out for the maid, making sure she does not wreck havoc in the house… well so far, she single handedly moved all of the furnitures in the living room and later on i will have ot take on the role of crime scene clean up… cleaning up the mess that that maid made… well don’t believe me? lets raise a couple of examples… lets take morning as a fine example. apperently in the house that the maid lives in they do not have any washing machine, so all the clothes that she washed were sodden and wet and she hung it up to dry… having saw that, my mum ordered me to spin all the clothes to make ‘em dryer to facilitate a faster drying process… troublesome eh?… not to mention, she tends to have a passsion for cleaning all the walls but not the floors… so i have to clean up the mess that she made on the floor… to add on to that, she does not like dogs, so i have to grab bert to prevent him from lunging at her and ripping a huge chunck of flesh off her leg, well i can’t do that ‘cos she ain’t got insurance…. i am stressed… and from my style of writing you should have already figured that out… i am going to make sure that she does her job as per the job quota… *sighs*…. peace out~….. *flops down in exhaustion*….
